Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand or product restocks, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local laws, we can only ship nicotine products to states and regions where they are legally permitted. Orders containing nicotine products require adult (21+) signature verification upon delivery.
We do not ship to the following states or areas where the sale or shipment of nicotine or vapor products is restricted or prohibited.
We also do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Puffsee LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@puffsee.com with photos of the packaging and product for review.
Age Verification
In compliance with federal and state laws, all nicotine product orders are verified through an age verification system at checkout. Orders failing verification will be canceled and refunded minus a processing fee.
