All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (nicotine and consumable goods), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped and delivered, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@puffsee.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product received

• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery will incur a restocking and shipping fee. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping and processing costs.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargeback claims will result in a permanent ban from Puffsee.com and may be subject to legal action.
